Starter House and basement

An inexpensive house with can be modified to suit both the novice and collector. The house gives an overall Victorian look and can be easily altered to Georgian by cutting away the window bars and replacing with standard imported wooden windows. The house has six rooms with stairs included, the basement has two rooms, There are openings for internal doors but these are not included.
