This is the ideal first 1/12th scale Dolls House. The cottage is a 6 roomed accomodation with a central staircase. It has very attractive window details being front and roof opening. A dream for any child. The dollshouse come in kit form and is made in the UK from MDF and includes internal stairs. OVERALL SIZE: W700mm (27.5") x D420mm (16.5") x H670mm (26.5"). NB: Primrose Cottage is suitable for children over 36 months only after it has been assembled by an adult.
