The Exton House is a double fronted, late Victorian, early Edwardian house with ground floor bays.
It's a spacious house with dog leg stairs to give even more character. The House has six rooms and three hallways, the basement adds two more rooms and one hallway as well as outside space. The bays follow down intothe basement. THe front of the basement is hinged for easy opening. Steps go down from the pavement into the basement garden.
Overall size: W30 1/5", H26", D18". The house rooms are W11", H8 1/8", D15 3/8", the hallways are 5 3/4" wide with the dog leg stairs between each floor.
