This Dollshouse is a charming 1/12th scale Victorian style house. It is a 3 Storey, 6 room dollshouse with a central staircase. It has attractive windows and porch detail. Comes in kit form made from MDF including stair railings, banisters and newel posts. This dollshouse comes complete with the basement to gain two more rooms. The basement is front hinged and comes complete with the bays, steps, railings, sashes, cills and lintels. This house and basement are classed as an easi-build. .
